Please either call (1-888-327-8024) or email (jack@kennedysg.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, then simply ship the item back.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.
How will you ship my order to me?
All orders are shipped via either UPS or the United States Postal Service. If you need expedited shipping (such as overnight service), please contact us before placing your order.
How long will it take my order to ship?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. The great majority of orders ship from MA, so delivery time will be dependent upon the 'Ship To' address.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock or on backorder, we will advise you via email. You will then have the option to leave the item on backorder until it becomes available, or cancel your order and receive a full refund. All refunds are processed within 24 hours.
How do I know what size to order?
On the navigation bar, you will see a 'Sizing Charts' option. Click on 'Sizing Charts', then click on the appropriate manufacturer, and you will see the measurements for their items.
